Lauren Fleishman is a writer and narrative systems thinker working at the intersection of storytelling, cultural research, and creative strategy.
She studied Political Communication at The University of Texas at Austin and began her career in political advocacy before transitioning into film, television, and live performance. Her work spans television production, independent film, feature screenwriting, and Off-Broadway theater, with a focus on how identity and meaning shape creative and cultural outcomes.
She now develops original IP, narrative frameworks, and applied methodologies that help individuals and institutions restore coherence in an increasingly fragmented world.
This work is grounded in the belief that narrative is not artistic self-expression alone, but infrastructure - shaping identity, decision-making, and creative output at both individual and cultural levels.
