Lauren is a professional writer and creative born and bred in TX where she earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus in Political Communication. Determined to make change in the world, her first impactful job was for a PAC helping to elect women into political office.
Fascinated by media, Lauren moved to LA and worked for the hit tv show Grey’s Anatomy. She later produced commercials, short films and wrote screenplays for film/tv. She also created/produced an Off-Broadway play in NYC based on themes in her own life called USED.
Sexuality, power, death & spiritual transformation are the overarching themes to her scripts and creations.
Lauren has extensive experience in the spiritual world having completed two Vipassanas, a 5 day dark retreat, yin yoga teacher certification and a deep dive into Kundalini Yoga studying under the late Guru Jagat. She currently resides in Bali, loves mysticism and teaching others how to find and transmute personal stories into art that can impact and inspire.
